1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and Neewtown ("Platform", "We"). By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the neewtown platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms set out in this document.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use neewtown's services. Continued use of our platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use neewtown services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Is legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is permitted to hold only one neewtown account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts and their balances being frozen.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

Neewtown accepts a wide range of payment methods commonly used by Malaysian players, including DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. All deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

All deposits must come from an account or payment method registered in your own name. neewtown does not accept payments from third parties. Funds credited to a neewtown account may only be used for gaming purposes within the platform.

5 Fund Withdrawal

Members may withdraw funds to a Malaysian bank account or e-wallet registered in their own name. Neewtown processes withdrawals within an average of 5 minutes once the request is received and verified.

8 Prohibited Conduct
